Hello and thank you for visiting AIM! Since 2015, we’ve dedicated our lives to the work of discipleship and evangelism, inspired by the gaps we observed in our 25+ years in full-time pastoral ministry. As we engaged with communities, we witnessed incredible transformations—people overcoming oppression and experiencing miraculous healings through the Gospel. This prompted us to share our journey by training others to do the same. Through AIM, we’ve expanded our reach to impactful ambassadors in Kenya, Pakistan, India, the Philippines, Burma, Colombia, the U.S., and more. Our passion for orphan care and childhood education runs deep, and seeing the global urgent needs of vulnerable children has only strengthened our resolve to do something about it. And we invite you to join us in creating lasting change in their lives! Please read below as we introduce you to the ambassadors for Christ who have inspired us by their devotion and sacrifice.
Although Micah has an expanded experience in training in various mission fields, God has directed him to concentrate on AIM’s training initiatives for local pastors and leaders in Colombia and the Philippines, introducing and emphasizing Jesus’ model of evangelism and discipleship to empower believers to deepen their faith and impact their influence of Christ in their oppressed societies.
The Philippine AIM team is growing and progressing. Many people have come to know Jesus, and we're eager to reach even more. We're passionate about reaching the oppressed, feeding hungry children, and sharing the Word of God. We believe it's essential to nourish both their spiritual and physical needs. We trust that God will provide through generous individuals who share our vision and heart for the mission.
After a transformative salvation experience and a Spirit-filled encounter while training in Uganda, Tabitha devoted herself to sharing the Gospel in Kenyan schools. Despite a high nominal Christian identification, true discipleship is often lacking, and supernatural evangelism is virtually unheard of. Through her ministry with AIM and her emphasis on Bible literacy and support to nurture genuine faith, she has significantly impacted students, empowering them to become missionaries themselves among their peers and local communities.
Orphaned at the age of nine, Sam overcame street life challenges and now empowers others through group engagements, discipleship, and life skills training. With AIM’s model for evangelism, rehabilitation, and discipleship, Sam incorporates Biblical teachings and practical life skill development to transform the lives of those on the same destructive streets he was redeemed from.
Sunny has sacrificially set his ministry focus on caring for orphans in Pakistan because he understands that spiritual guidance can provide these children with strength and resilience, helping them grow beyond their difficult circumstances. Sunny and his team has provided roughly 30 children with a home and full-time family care. Through discipleship Sunny envisions empowering orphans with the Gospel to conquer their struggles and discover their potential beyond oppression, ultimately transforming their lives and the culture around them with the Gospel of Jesus.
The Masih family addresses spiritual and social challenges in Pakistan, where Christians face discrimination and poverty. In addition to pastoral leadership in Pakistan, they plan to establish an AIM school for orphans and impoverished children, focusing on education and social responsibility to nurture these vulnerable communities for future resilience.
Facing lifelong civil and guerrilla warfare and buddhists opposition in Burma, Sam and Khin have personally taken into care 8 desperate kids into their lives while on mission to reach Burmese buddhists with the Gospel. Meeting in his home and putting his own home and family at risk of persecution, Sam and Khin disciple converted buddhists, followers of Christ who are often terrified to be discovered by their own buddhist relatives. Sam has a vision to reach millions of Burmese people, train disciples of Christ, build churches and send local missionaries across Myanmar.
Joseph and Vijaya are sacrificially devoted in their mission field as pastors and caregivers for orphans in India. God has planted them in a region where poverty and lack of resources significantly affect the lives of many people, especially orphaned children who are left exposed in the streets with little to no shelter or provisions. Like many Christians in India, religious persecution and opposition are a normal threat and reality of life. Joseph and Vijaya face these hardships with joy and perseverance, faithfully fulfilling their commission. Our greatest need and desire is to establish permanent shelter, care, and education for the roughly 40 local orphans in Joseph's surrounding villages.
A new venture for AIM in the U.S., Ryan is making a significant impact by addressing the need for evangelism in areas that experience low religious engagement. His mission focuses on community service, disaster relief, and Gospel outreach, aiming to meet both physical and spiritual needs. By fostering relationships and promoting healing, Ryan’s work is not only about spreading the love of Christ but also about creating a supportive community that values both faith and acts of service.
