Micah’s mission work truly embodies our vision for AIM: finding and connecting with believers worldwide to deepen their understanding of Christ's identity and commission to make disciples through power evangelism.
In 2023, we ignited a remarkable training initiative among local pastors and churches in Colombia and the Philippines, two nations that boldly confront significant challenges. The Philippines is a land of resilience, battling poverty, income inequality, natural disasters, and inadequate infrastructure that threaten to stifle the dreams of many. Despite high unemployment and environmental degradation, the spirit of hope persists.
Colombia, too, faces its own trials, with violence, poverty, and social inequality casting shadows of division and despair. Yet, in these challenges lies a powerful opportunity for transformation. God has moved profoundly through Micah’s training missions, empowering passionate discipleship and evangelism teams to elevate their impact in spreading the power and love of Christ more effectively in these regions.
As stated earlier, there is no improvement in the model of Jesus and His disciples. Understanding and employing that model has proven fruitful in teaching and training pastors and church leaders to disciple their congregations and helping believers establish a solid foundation with God. Through repeat visits and conducting online services, we have discovered tremendous hunger among these groups for maturity in Christ and a sincere desire to manifest the Kingdom of God the way Jesus demonstrated and taught his disciples. They want to learn these things to be more effective in their communities, win souls for the Kingdom, and make effective disciples. What more could we ask for?
Read Micah's personal reports below.
"When I first made contact with Colombia in the beginning of 2024, there wasn’t any real intention of “ministry” or some elaborate goal. I just had the looming question,“Why?” and Where’s this going?”
As we talked more and more with them, there was such a sense of need forBiblical Truth. Not that they didn’t have any, but there is a desire there to move forward, effectively establishing God’s kingdom. But there’s almost a sense of either being stuck,or desiring to move forward but not knowing how, or not knowing the most effective wayto do that. As I shared AIM’s vision and mission purpose, the pastors in Colombia that Iam in contact with agreed and were eager to bring us there to minister and beginsomething new.
My first trip there in June 2024 was mainly focused on building relationships anddiscerning the climate of everything and everyone there. While I was able to do a coupleof services that week, I focused on getting to know the pastors and their families. It was afruitful time of beginning to break ground, and by the time I left a t the end of 5 days, itwas clear that I would soon return.
The spiritual climate in Colombia is ground that needs to be broken, and it’staking some time to do so. They are good people, with hearts for the Lord. Most of themare grounded in traditional thinking when it comes to a kingdom mindset regardingidentity, healing, deliverance, and walking in authority. I will give credit to my main
contacts there and say they are ready to move forward in these areas with the rightteaching and equipping.
My second trip there was in November 2024, and I stayed for 5 days. I got toknow the people there, spent time with their families. I was able to minister at twoservices that week. The second service I focused on sharing our mission and what AIM isall about. I presented the discipleship program we desire to establish there, and what itwould look like, and the significance of what it would do for their communities and city.
There are several pastors interested in what we bring to them, including pastors from Panama and one from Venezuela. They desire to implement it in their congregations as well. As I talked with the main pastors I was in contact with, we agreed to come back this year, hopefully in the spring sometime for the purpose of sharing the vision again, and taking steps to being to establish discipleship, training and equipping in their community."

"I made my first connections with a pastor in the Philippines in 2022. It happened
in a divine way from the Lord. We would connect at least a few times a week and got into
the habit of praying together and encouraging each other in the Lord often. I even did a
couple of online services for them. And in June 2023, I was able to make my first trip to
Bohol, Philippines.
Why the Philippines? What was it about this place? I have always heard of
Christian missionaries going to the Philippines on a “mission trip” of some sort. It was
about as common as you hear of missionaries in Africa. But what was I going to do
there? What was my purpose? I was asking the Lord these questions. Shortly after I made
connections with pastors in Bohol, I began to discern that they were genuinely hungry for
the kingdom of God, the real things of God – to know Him, to know their identity, and to
walk in Kingdom authority and power. They weren’t looking for just another minister or
great service to attend.
The first time I went there in June of 2023, I stayed for 8 days, and had a service
to do almost every day. The services were powerful, people were touched, and I gave
them enough of the Kingdom to know, not only is it what they wanted, but they wanted
more. It all happened, salvations, healings, deliverance.
When I went home, unexpectedly, the Lord opened the door for me to return six
months later in December of 2023. I was surprised. Everything inside me stirred for this.
But I discerned that God was up to something, and it was more than just me going back
to do more services. Holy Spirit made it clear that He wanted to use us to establish
something permanent in the Philippines. We began to pray into this, and the Lord spoke
clearly saying, “I don’t want you to go back there to just do more services, I want you to
establish something for my kingdom that will last. As we sought the Lord in prayer, it
became evident that the answer was global discipleship, training, and equipping, and this
vision marked the beginning of Ambassador International Missions coming into fruition.
There are similarities between the body of Christ in the Philippines and the body
of Christ in North America. There are church buildings and congregations everywhere, it
seems, at least in Bohol, which is the only one I’ve been to. Most of everyone seems to
be familiar with God and Jesus. Then we get int to the more intricate details of the
religious aspects of it all, theology, and how effective they understand the kingdom
dynamics of their own relationship with God as well as corporately. It varies from pastor
to pastor, and ministry to ministry.
When it comes down to it, the several churches and ministries I have had the
opportunity to be a part of, are very much hungry for the Truth of the Word of God, and
they desire to grow and build His kingdom, not their own. They have a humble attitude,
and desire to unite the body of Christ through discipleship, as well as learning to be
effective in the Kingdom following Jesus’ and the apostle’s example."
